operational hour ends at 5pm.
on weekdays.
so i was not wrong when i walked to the counter and asked for my new MyCard at 4.55pm.
sapa suruh tutup komputer awal? i mean, theoretically speaking if the OPERATIONAL HOUR ends at 5, the computer should not be switched off before pukul 5 jugak la kan?
not that i'm asking for a VIP treatment ke apa ke.. tp utk dia suruh aku dtg pada hari lain when i'm already there and the computer was not even supposed to be switched off lagi is too much la kan.. and whats with the long face when her superior said "on je laaa computer tu balik.."

if i'm in her shoe i'd probably curse [me] under my breath jugak la kot.. nyusahkan org je dtg time ofis dah nak tutup and all.. tp ye la kan, bila pejabat JPN ni mmg humang-aaai jauhnye dari umah aku, and i'm only so-called available after office hour je, all i ask is - bare with us pengguna la sikit if we happen to show up 5 minutes before waktu balik rumah. after all.. u people jugak yg letak slogan "amanah, cekap, MESRA" besar2 kat depan kaunter tu kan.
a little courtesy won't hurt.

problem mcm ni mmg slalu in most gov punya kaunter. me myself dah byk kali kena. lucky for u, diorg on blk komp, in my case, jgn hrp la, diorg suruh dtg esok je. bengang betul.

at first I t'ot u ada relation with my fren, tp she's in pekan razaki, ipoh. now MO kat UK.

Tau tak, akak memang fobia sikit dgn pejabat2 gov ni sebab benda2 mcm nilah. Luckily masa muda2 dulu my mom works in JPN, so semua hal2 IC dia settlekan, tak payah queue pun. Our MyKad pun dia yg minta tolong member2 lama buatkan, so kami tak payah susah2 pikir..
goverment service memang parah terutamnya kat pejabat n pihak pentadbiran. Menyusahkan dan kadangkla buat urusan kita makin teruk.Sy sedang settlekan transfer so mmg tengah hangin ngan dorang ni. Kekadang saya rasa jawatan guru tak perlu masuk dalam goverment service, sebab jawatan tu lain dr yang lain.hehe
